Ordering Tickets

• The ONLY AUTHORIZED SOURCE for tickets to the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium is TICKETMASTER.
• Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing provider.
• We will not be able to help with any problems related to third-party ticketing
• NO scalping or resale of tickets on the auditorium property (do not buy tickets from somebody you do not know)
• You can purchase your tickets at our box office on Monday-Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. We do not charge a service charge when you purchase from our ticket office.
• You can also purchase tickets through Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com, or from the official Ticketmaster app.
• Please reconfirm tickets with any third-party vendor before you come to show

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm. *Please note summer and holiday hours may differ, and hours may vary on events days and/or weekends. We advise all visitors to call ahead at 864-582-8107 prior to visiting the box office.

Purchasing Tickets from Unauthorized Websites:

When buying tickets for events at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium, you must make sure that you are buying them through the venue (crowdpleaser.com) or our distributor (Ticketmaster). Third party ticket vendors sell tickets at inflated prices at which SMA can not back or offer any guarantees. Here are some major problems that arise through using third party ticket vendors and ways to make sure you do not fall for these secondary vendors (“scalpers”).

Brokers make no guarantees, and Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium can do nothing if your tickets are lost or stolen if you purchase them from a third party. Brokers have even been known to sell fake tickets. When you buy them through the SMA Ticket Office, Ticketmaster, or crowdpleaser.com, the Auditorium has a record of your purchase.

YOU’LL PAY MORE
Brokers know when tickets are a hot commodity, and they’ll hike the price to make a profit. It’s not uncommon for brokers to charge double or even triple the face value of a ticket as the event approaches.
