• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with standard drink recipes and the specific event requests and venue menus.
• Use pull sheets to accurately record inventory needs throughout the event.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks.
• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner.
• Clear and reset bar area and glassware at the closing of every event.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures as outlined in the company employee handbook.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Bar Manager/F&B Director.
• Assist with the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager/F&B Director.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age
• TiPS Certification
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to think on your feet with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient time management.
• Constant standing and walking for up to 6 hours.
• Lifting and maneuvering items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned.
