THE HALL FAQS

Is there designated seating at The Hall?

  • Unless otherwise indicated, all shows at The Hall offer General Admission tickets.
  • Seating is not provided at General Admission shows with the exception of ADA seating accommodations for those who require it.
  • ADA seating is available for all shows at The Hall and can be requested at the time of your ticket purchase. 
  • Certain shows at The Hall will have assigned seating which will be indicated at the time of your ticket purchase. If you are offered the option to select seats at the time of your ticket purchase, this means the show you are attending has assigned seats. If you are not given the option to select seats at the time of ticket purchase, this means the show you are attending at The Hall is General Admission and seating will not be provided.

Where is the entrance to The Hall, and where do I park?

  • Parking is available in the rear lower parking lot of the Auditorium as well as select locations in surrounding areas. Please see parking and directions for more information. 
  • The Hall has its own separate entrance and box office and is located in the rear of the main Auditorium. Entrance for The Hall and the rear lower parking lot is off of Memorial Drive, directly across from the old Krispy Kreme. 

Does The Hall provide the same concessions services as the main Auditorium?

  • Yes. Alcoholic beverages (including beer, wine and mixed drinks), soft drinks, water, and food is available for cashless purchase at concessions before and during the shows at The Hall. 

What can I bring into at show at The Hall?

  • SMA's standard clear bag, camera, and outside food and beverage policies apply at The Hall. Click here for more details.
