ACCESSABILITY
Ushers are available at every performance to ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience. However, SMA staff cannot assist with transfers to or from wheelchairs, seats, or vehicles; operate mobility devices; or provide personal attendant care. Guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids are encouraged to bring a companion to assist with entry, navigation, and seating.

PARKING

Patron Drop-Off
Patrons with limited mobility may be dropped off at circle loop at the front entrance facing Church St. 
 
Transport Chairs
 
Courtesy wheelchairs for assisted transport are available to assist patrons from curbside to theatre seating.
Elevator Access
 
Elevator access to the main Theater can be found at the front of the building next to the box office windows, or in the lower parking lot at far-left entrance of The Hall.
Please Note: There is NO elevator access to the Theater or The Hall's balcony seating sections. If you require the use of any elevator, please avoid purchasing tickets on the balcony levels or contact the Box Office at 864-582-8107 to inquire about purchase ADA seating. 
 
Assistive Listening & American Sign Language Interpreters
RF hearing devices and/or ASL Interpreters can be made available upon request. Click HERE to request assistive listening or ASL services.
 
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal and would like to discuss seating options to best accommodate your needs, please click HERE or call 864-582-8107 to contact the box office for further assistance.
