Conveniently located on our lower level, The Alcove offers its own separate entrance where our events staff will greet you at the door and scan your tickets without the hassle of the long lines. Prior to the start of the show, simply make your way to the Theater (accessible by elevator), or The Hall without having to scan your tickets again.

  The Alcove Upgrade tickets are available as an add-on for just $30 for those who have already purchased tickets for this event.   • Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing provider.

  • We will not be able to help with any problems related to third-party ticketing
  • NO scalping or resale of tickets on the auditorium property (do not buy tickets from somebody you do not know)
  • You can purchase your tickets at our box office on Monday-Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. We do not charge a service charge when you purchase from our ticket office.
